ABOUT THE ROLE
Lionsgate Railings & Gates is a North Shore glass and aluminum railing company looking for an experienced, reliable lead installer to run our install side. You'll be the person on site turning our sold jobs — glass railings, aluminum railings, fences and gates — into finished, bylaw-compliant installs our clients are proud of. This is a hands-on trade role with real responsibility: you'll often be the only Lionsgate rep a homeowner or builder sees on site, so how you show up matters as much as your tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Install glass railings, aluminum railings, fencing and gates on residential and builder/GC job sites across the North
Shore and Lower Mainland
● Read and work from shop drawings and site plans accurately
● Show up on time, every day, ready to work — our schedule depends on it
● Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, GCs and the office
● Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades on site without friction
● Flag site issues (framing, measurements, access) back to the office before they become problems
● Keep a clean, safe job site and represent the company well — you are the face of Lionsgate on site
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● Proven experience installing glass and/or aluminum railings, fencing, or gates (reference-checkable)
● Reliable attendance and punctuality — non-negotiable
● Qualified attitude on site with clients, GCs and crew
● Works well with a small team; no drama, shows up and gets it done
● Valid driver's license and own basic hand tools
● Comfortable on ladders/lifts and working outdoors in North Shore weather
● Bonus: experience with glass balustrade systems, powder-coated aluminum, or structural steel railings
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay: $20–$35/hr, competitive wage based on experience. Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday work.
