This position is hybrid - this position requires onsite attendance at our Toronto office 2 days a week. The remainder of the week can be worked remotely Office Location: 325 Milner Ave Suite 1111 Toronto, Ontario, M1B5N1 Paid training Prepare, review, and process outgoing legal correspondence, including demand letters, notices, releases, satisfactions, and court-related mail Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail, service documents, and court materials Coordinate service of legal documents with process servers and track proof of service Maintain and update electronic legal files in internal systems Liaise with internal teams (collections, accounting, legal staff)



to obtain required information Deadlines & Compliance Tracking Escalate urgent or time-sensitive matters to appropriate legal staff Assist with quality control to ensure procedural compliance Financial & Administrative Support Compile and track legal invoices, disbursements, and supporting documentation Assist with reconciliations, payouts, and reporting as required Experience in a legal, collections, or professional services setting preferred Comfort working with legal management systems and document workflows Knowledge of court processes and legal terminology is an asset The position requires little to no travel.
