Our client, a company in the financial services space, is looking to hire a 4-5 year lawyer from a Bay Street firm or a reputable in-house legal department. The ideal candidate will have training in securities law and be able to assist with disclosure documents. You will advise on investment products as well as general commercial agreements. This is an prospect to work with an excellent legal team in a supportive environment.
