Line Cook / Kitchen Staff — Part-Time & Full-Time

Ozen Korea | London, Ontario For the past 10 years, Ozen Korea has been serving authentic Korean cuisine to the London community. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our kitchen team, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Whether you are an experienced cook, a culinary graduate, or someone eager to begin a career in the kitchen, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items on the line, following restaurant recipes and presentation standards.
- Complete daily prep, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces.
- Maintain consistent food quality and work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous kitchen experience or a culinary diploma is an asset.
- Entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are welcome.




- Basic cooking knowledge and knife skills are required.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.
