Thales — Logistics Clerk

Location: Burlington, Ontario. This is an in office, full-time position.

Position summary

Support the Logistics team by receiving, storing, and shipping goods and raw materials, maintaining secure records, and preparing required paperwork and electronic files.

Responsibilities

- Sort, label, pack, track, and trace mail; manage mailing lists and related dispatch documents.
- Perform shipping and dispatch tasks, handle customer requests involving different carriers, and prepare or sign shipping documents.
- Follow safety and security procedures when receiving and shipping goods; operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely as needed.
- Maintain secure records of incoming and outgoing items and report damaged stock, equipment, unsafe conditions, and security violations.
- Work with customer service, vault, and warehousing teams; support HSE,



security, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
- High school equivalent or higher.
- At least one year of logistics experience or equivalent industry experience.
- Computer familiarity, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently, handle detail and numbers, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for up to eight hours.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and varying shifts. Forklift and Wave training will be provided.
