gaiia is hiring an IT Operations Engineer to own internal IT end-to-end, reporting to the CTO. You will build systems, automate repetitive tasks, and run access, device management, onboarding, and security/compliance programs across our remote team.

You will collaborate with Engineering Leadership and the Platform squad on SOC 2 and tool governance, while shaping the IT function as gaiia scales globally.
