Duties

- Early morning start time at 3 a.m., sometimes earlier
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Decorate cakes and desserts with precision, creativity, and attention to detail
- Follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and hygiene standards
- Package baked items attractively for display or takeout orders
- Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen, supporting overall bakery operations




- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, baking equipment, and storage areas throughout shifts

Experience

- Previous experience working in a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, and baking processes
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and baking tools used in professional settings
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high standards of quality
