Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and perform cashiering duties using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and properly displayed
- Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to promote store items effectively
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and store navigation using strong communication skills
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising and stock replenishment activities
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with store policies at all times
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Solid communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform cashiering tasks accurately
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
