Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, functional environment. Duties

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and building systems to identify issues before they escalate
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of equipment
- Repair or replace faulty components, fixtures, or systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime




- Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

- Prior experience in maintenance, repair, or facilities management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, or mechanical repairs is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions
