Bay Ferries Limited is seeking a Deputy Director of Safety and Security to lead the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System across vessels, terminals and facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and a solid safety culture.

Reporting to the Director of Safety and Security, you will guide risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and security planning, while supporting training and emergency preparedness.
