Overview

We are a busy, established dental practice in Calgary with room to grow. We are hiring our first in-house Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to own our marketing from start to finish.

We are looking for someone with a track record of bringing in new clients. Experience in healthcare or dentistry is an asset but not required

Duties

- Manage our social media, including filming and editing short videos in the clinic.
- Plan, run and report on our online advertising.
- Visit other dental offices across Calgary in person to build professional referral relationships.
- Put together and deliver referral packages, branded swag and memorable gifts.
- Track where every new patient and referral comes from, and report results monthly.
- Bring ideas that have worked in other industries and test them here.

Skills

- One or more years in marketing, sales or business development, with results you can show us.




- Comfortable with the camera and with your own editing skills.
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and online ad campaigns.
- Confident walking into an office and starting a conversation.
- Organized, self-directed and motivated by measurable results.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle

What we offer

- Salary of $50,000 to $62,000, based on experience.
