About the Role

Executive Mat Service is seeking a reliable and hardworking Mat Production Attendant to join our Mat Production Department. This role is essential to maintaining an effective production process, ensuring high-quality mat cleaning and handling, and keeping the production floor safe, clean, and organized.

The successful candidate will meet targets while maintaining company standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor industrial mat washing and production equipment.
- Sort, inspect, and process mats throughout the production cycle.
- Ensure mats meet company quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
- Identify and report damaged mats, equipment malfunctions, and production issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production floor.
- Follow established workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with your direct report and coworkers regarding production needs and challenges.
- Assist with other mat production duties as required.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, industrial, manufacturing,



or production environment is preferred not required .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn new processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
