We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Medical Aesthetician to join our team for a long-term position.

The primary responsibility of this role will be reception and front desk management, with occasional aesthetic treatments when the clinic is busy or additional support is needed.

Requirements

- Must have experience in medical aesthetics and cosmetic treatments
- Comfortable managing reception duties, appointments, client communication, and front desk responsibilities
- Able to perform aesthetic treatments when needed
- Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Willing to learn new procedures, systems, and clinic protocols
- Looking for a stable, long-term position and committed to growing with the clinic

Significant Location Requirement Applicants must currently reside in North Vancouver or West Vancouver.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with precision and care.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and treatments to enhance their experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, managing appointment scheduling, and addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment rooms and reception areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products, offering personalized recommendations, and promoting special promotions or packages.
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Support guest services by providing hospitality, ensuring clients feel comfortable and appreciated throughout their visit.

Skills

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatments, products, and services to clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in all treatments.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Proficiency in front desk operations including scheduling software and guest management systems.
- Skilled in body laser, body contouring, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
