Key responsibilities

- Manage clinic operations, staffing, schedules, and workflows
- Supervise and support administrative and clinical teams
- Maintain high standards of patient service and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
- Monitor budgets, billing processes, supplies, and performance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience

Ideal candidate

- Previous healthcare or medical-practice management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and office systems
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
