Centre, a division of Clearpoint Health Network is recruiting for a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Full time 1.0 FTE Working at Prairieview Surgical Centre Competitive wages RRSP Matching for permanent employees Day shift, Monday to Friday 0630-1500 - No Shift Work! Free Parking, with electrical stalls Greet all patients and screen them as per facility guidelines. Pre-screen all the facilities upcoming surgeries as per facility Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with them appropriately.

Organize patient charts and enter appropriate data into EMR system. Successful completion of a recognized Medical Office Assistant program with Certificate or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry / keyboarding skills.





Familiarity with medical terminology. Ability to adhere to strict regional policies and procedures and legislated requirements regarding patient confidentiality.

Experience using Sunrise Enterprise Registration (SER) and OR Manager systems an asset.
