Koonar Physiotherapy is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and experienced customer service professional to join our Lakeshore team as a Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist.

We are a busy, well-established physiotherapy clinic that prides itself on exceptional patient care and a welcoming, positive environment.

Customer service is at the heart of this position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and takes pride in creating a great experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate practitioner calendars
- Process payments, insurance claims, and direct billing
- Assist patients with questions and help resolve concerns
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A warm, positive, and professional personality
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Confidence handling phone calls, patient questions, and busy front desk situations
- Reliability, initiative, and a team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Previous medical reception or healthcare administration experience is an asset, but not required
