Progressive Physiotherapy is looking for an enthusiastic, upbeat, friendly individual to fill a full time receptionist role.

Duties:

Greet and instruct patients

Make/schedule appointments both online and on phone

Manage and update patient records

Manage insurance claims and processing

Use Jane app for booking and organizing all clinical information

Take and receive payments from patients

General cleaning of clinic, laundry from therapists

Good communication with therapists to ensure proper scheduling

Keep inventory records of medical supplies and office supplies

Order and receive clinic supplies

Manage clinic email and mail

Maintain and promote strict confidentiality within clinic

Qualifications:

Medical office experience an asset

Knowledge of online booking systems – Jane app preferred





Experience processing insurance claims

Microsoft suite experience

Friendly, approachable

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Able to multitask

Able to properly schedule patients

Strong computer skills

Strong communication skills

Flexible

Self-motivated

Team player

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
