BigBargain Binz is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Associates to join our growing retail team.

This position is responsible for sorting incoming merchandise, identifying product value, organizing products into the correct selling areas, maintaining attractive displays, and helping ensure that the best merchandise is presented effectively to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Sort and inspect incoming merchandise
- Identify products suitable for bins, fixed-price areas, and showcase/high-value areas
- Research products when necessary to understand their approximate retail value
- Price and label fixed-price merchandise according to company guidelines
- Organize merchandise by category, value, and selling area
- Identify electronics, branded merchandise, jewelry, appliances, and other higher-value products that may require special handling
- Maintain attractive, organized, and well-stocked merchandise displays
- Prepare merchandise for weekly restock
- Monitor products on the sales floor and replenish merchandise when necessary
- Keep merchandise areas clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Report damaged, missing, suspicious, or unusually valuable merchandise to management
- Maintain accurate merchandise counts when required
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Restock Team
- Follow company inventory-control and loss-prevention procedures

- Retail, merchandising, liquidation, warehouse, or e-commerce experience is an asset
