Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, including manufacturing steps, raw materials, testing methods, and work instructions.

- Analyze product specifications to determine appropriate manufacturing processes and raw materials.

- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with product specifications and established quality standards.

- Identify and implement product improvements to increase yield, enhance performance, and reduce costs.

- Analyze production and performance data using statistical methods, modeling, and other analytical tools.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, production, and other departments to achieve product development objectives.

- Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure adherence to established procedures and quality requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma in Metallurgical Technology or a degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Engineering.

- Minimum of two years of experience in an industrial environment.





- Proficiency in data analysis, including statistics and modeling.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, or equivalent data analysis and database tools.

- Programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

- Excellent written and spoken French.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
