Frontier Millwork is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our cabinetmaking and custom millwork production team.
Requirements:
- Proven local experience in custom architectural millwork.
- Robust knowledge of woodworking machinery and shop operations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and modify shop drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparing cut lists.
- Hands-on cabinetmaking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise cabinetmakers, assign tasks, and manage daily production.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality and deadlines.
