Ledcor is seeking an experienced Mine Blaster to safely execute production blasts in a large open-pit environment near St. Lawrence, Newfoundland and Labrador. You will lead blast preparation, loading and firing activities and coordinate a crew to meet production schedules.

This role requires a NL Blaster’s Certificate, blasting experience, and a strong commitment to secure work practices. You will read blast plans, manage explosives, perform pre- and post-blast inspections, and work rotating
