Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada, with approximately 9,000 employees. ## What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to various job sites* Inspect vehicle before and after use to ensure safe and efficient operation* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel* Load, transport, and unload concrete while maintaining quality standards* Complete delivery tickets and maintain accurate records of activities ## What We Are Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly* Strong understanding of safety practices and willingness to follow procedures* Effective communication and customer service skills* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment checks* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team ## Conditions of Employment Successful completion of a post-offer pre-employment physical examination* Successful completion of a background check* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
