Duties

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple gas station locations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Implement merchandising strategies and pricing policies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of staff to build strong teams aligned with company standards.
- Monitor POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling accuracy, and inventory control.
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, store policies, and legal requirements across all locations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise cash handling procedures and perform regular audits to prevent theft or discrepancies.
- Foster a team-oriented environment through coaching, training & development programs focused on leadership growth.




- Travel between the sites and ready to relocate at short notice.

Skills

- Proven experience in retail management or store supervision within a multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (preferred) or multilingual settings to serve diverse customer bases.
- Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising software, and basic bookkeeping tools.
- Skilled in negotiation with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Adept at recruiting top talent and conducting interviews for staffing needs.
- Sound knowledge of sales management, pricing strategies, marketing techniques, and retail sales principles.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in scheduling, inventory control, and recordkeeping.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks across multiple sites efficiently.
- Experience in budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to train staff on customer service excellence and operational procedures.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to fuel stations and retail environments.
