Job Overview

Formula of Clean is looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner to provide regular cleaning services in multi-unit residential buildings. This position focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and presentable common areas for residents, visitors, and property management teams.

We guarantee 24 hours of work per week. Employees who want additional hours can also take on apartment move-out cleaning after long-term tenants vacate their units. This provides an opportunity to earn extra income beyond the guaranteed weekly hours.

Duties

- Clean and maintain building lobbies, hallways, corridors, stairwells, and elevators.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as required.
- Clean glass doors, mirrors, and other common surfaces.
- Clean and maintain garbage rooms and designated waste collection areas.
- Remove litter and maintain clean building entrances and shared spaces.
- Dust surfaces and disinfect high-touch areas.
- Report maintenance concerns, damage, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow assigned cleaning schedules and established procedures.
- Optional additional work:



Perform apartment move-out cleaning after tenants vacate, including deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and other interior areas.

Experience

- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently.
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting cleaning supplies.
- Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is an asset.
- Willing to travel to assigned properties in Northeast Calgary, Northwest Calgary, and Legacy.
