Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide qualified beauty treatments such as body waxing to meet client needs and enhance their overall experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell additional services or retail products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product benefits
- Keep treatment areas clean, organized,
and well-stocked for efficient service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, and nail art
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and best practices for safety and comfort
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently and professionally
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Commitment to sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic workspace at all times
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic retail sales skills to promote products effectively and boost sales performance
