Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and ensure student safety in the backcountry
- Document student supervision and progress accurately
- Assist students with their curriculum activities
- Lead groups through nature-based experiential exercises

Requirements:
- High School diploma; college degree preferred
- CPR and First Aid certified; WFR preferred
- 19 years or older and eligible to work in the USA
- Pass background checks and health assessments
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
