About the Opportunity A growing automotive dealership in Northern Alberta is looking for motivated, results-driven Non-Prime Automotive Sales Specialists to join our expanding finance department.

Qualified customer leads are provided! You'll work directly with customers who have already applied for vehicle financing, focusing on building relationships, closing deals, and helping customers get into the right vehicle.

This is an excellent opportunity for strong salespeople who want to maximize their earning potential without relying on traditional showroom traffic.

Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with assigned finance applicants
- Build customer relationships and close sales
- Complete credit applications and collect required documents
- Assist customers with vehicle selection
- Manage customer pipelines and maintain CRM records




- Work closely with our Finance Manager to move deals through to funding and delivery

What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Non-prime/subprime experience is a strong asset
- Excellent phone sales, communication, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently and managing leads
