Job Summary

Join our agile team as an Office Furniture Installer and play a vital role in transforming workspaces into functional, stylish environments. In this energetic and hands-on position, you will be responsible for safely assembling, installing, and adjusting office furniture to meet client specifications. Your expertise will ensure that each workspace is set up efficiently, securely, and with attention to detail, contributing to a professional and welcoming office atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Safely transport office furniture and equipment to designated locations within client sites.
- Read and interpret installation plans, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
- Assemble desks, cubicles, conference tables, filing cabinets, ergonomic accessories, and other office furnishings using hand tools and power tools.
- Install furniture securely on floors, walls, or ceilings as required, ensuring stability and safety standards are met.
- Adjust furniture components for proper alignment, balance, and functionality.




- Collaborate with project managers and clients to coordinate installation schedules and address any site-specific requirements or challenges.
- Conduct quality checks after installation to confirm all items are correctly assembled and functioning properly.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in furniture assembly or installation preferred; familiarity with office furniture systems is a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, or assembly instructions clearly.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise assembly and secure installations.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred for transportation of furniture materials.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to the use of hand tools and power tools is essential.
