You will support and enhance complex applications while coordinating incidents, changes, and vendor interactions across business units and IT teams. You will guide transformation efforts, advise leadership on regulatory-aligned strategies, and ensure current solutions are operationalized with QA and change management. The role blends technical leadership with compliance expertise.
