Role Summary

This position will oversee all airport functions and ensure Air North standards and policies are upheld.

The Station

Coordinator will serve as a leader by providing guidance to employees regarding safety, customer service and engage in performance management to ensure level of standards are maintained.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times

Answer inquiries in-person, by telephone or by email

Greet, check in and assist passengers

Marshall aircraft in and out of the ramp area safely and efficiently

Process payments for tickets, cargo or baggage fees

Load and unload baggage and cargo on and off the aircraft

Must haves

Valid Drivers License

Must be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb and lift up to 75 pounds repetitively)

A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks,



supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities

Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support

Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada
