Engynuiti Inc. is an established bookkeeping firm based in Burlington, ON. We are growing and looking to Hire an experienced Full Cycle QBO bookkeeper to work on-site.
Please note this is not a remote position.
We are offering full time employment, with benefits after a 6 month probation period. Pay is to be negotiated based on experience and performance.
Job Requirements
- Have the ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Comfortable both leading and following in a team environment
- Yearend Prep responsibilities
- Confident in problem solving abilities, including asking questions, and adaptable to new procedures.
- Organized and detail oriented in all aspects of work
Robust knowledge of QuickBooks Online software is required for this position Experience with filing personal and corporate taxes is considered an asset
- Email correspondence proficiency
- Accounts receivables/ payables, including follow up on client's behalf
- Multiple Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare WSIB, HST, and payroll tax filings
- Assist other staff and training as needed
