The role focuses on strategic planning, governance, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable operations and alignment with enterprise goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT leadership, a Bachelor's degree (IT preferred), and ITIL certification. This is an onsite role with travel and a competitive perks package.
