Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role focuses on providing essential support for landlord and tenant improvement work, alongside managing diverse administrative tasks. You will contribute to developing operating procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while generating effective communications across various teams.

Your organizational expertise will help track project statuses and assist in environmental reporting.

Key Responsibilities: Support landlord and tenant improvements across downtown Vancouver portfolio Assist in creating POs, tracking invoices,



and monthly revenue Draft communications for maintenance and project activities Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements Update quarterly presentations with accurate property information Requirements: ~1+ years of administrative experience in real estate or related field ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi Accounting System ~ Strong oral and written communication skills ~ Detail-oriented and able to manage tight deadlines ~ Post-secondary education focused on Urban Land or real estate Bring your organizational and communication skills to support QuadReal's commitment to operational excellence in Vancouver.
