The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications, including Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, Finance, and ERP systems. The role involves creating BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and HCM Extracts, as well as designing Oracle Redwood UI customizations using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications including Payroll, Perks, Identity Management, Finance, and ERP systems.
- Create and support BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and HCM Extracts.
- Design and implement Oracle Redwood UI customizations using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Develop page extensions, business rules, validations, UI customizations, and client-side enhancements through VBS.
- Perform technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
