Kraken is seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro is discovered and converted. You will lead organic channels, optimize the funnel, and work with Product and Design to improve landing pages and onboarding, while building a lean, high-impact team.
You’ll run experiments, build dashboards, and ship growth initiatives with a product-first mindset and a focus on user experience across regions.
