JCJ Massage Therapy is a busy, highly rated multidisciplinary healthcare clinic located in the heart of Corso Italia, Toronto.

With over eight years of experience serving our community, we have established a loyal client base, a strong referral network, and a reputation for providing high-quality, patient-centred care.

Our newly renovated clinic offers a professional, peaceful, and exceptionally comfortable treatment setting, thoughtfully designed to help clients feel relaxed and at ease while receiving high-quality healthcare services.

Our current services include Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Osteopathy. As we continue to expand, we are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our growing team.

We are currently welcoming applications from:

- Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (Osteopaths)
- Naturopathic Doctors (NDs)
- Registered Psychotherapists (RPs)

What We Offer
- Established Client Base & Strong Referrals: A busy, well-established clinic with strong internal referral opportunities from experienced RMTs, acupuncturists, and other healthcare practitioners.
- Competitive Compensation: A transparent 60% revenue split, with estimated earnings based on completed treatments.
- Estimated Earnings by Profession:
- Osteopath: $90–$104 per completed treatment hour
- Naturopathic Doctor: $117–$144 per completed treatment hour




- Registered Psychotherapist: $115–$173 per completed treatment hour
- Annual Fee Reviews: Treatment fees are reviewed annually and may be adjusted based on market conditions and operating costs.
- Staff Wellness Bonus: Starting at $600 annually, subject to eligibility requirements, including attendance.
- Professional & Comfortable Environment: Private treatment rooms in a newly renovated multidisciplinary healthcare clinic, offering a peaceful, relaxing, and exceptionally comfortable atmosphere.
- Practice Management Support: Jane App for online booking, clinical charting, and administrative support, including direct billing assistance where applicable.
- Cancellation Protection: An established cancellation policy designed to help protect practitioners' scheduled time and income.

Qualifications

Osteopathic Manual Practitioners

- Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from a recognized educational institution.




- Professional association membership, where applicable.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Ability to issue receipts eligible for reimbursement under applicable extended health insurance plans.

Naturopathic Doctors

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
- Valid professional liability insurance.

Registered Psychotherapists

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- Valid professional liability insurance.

General Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to professional ethics and patient-centred care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about providing high-quality care.
- Experienced practitioners and qualified new graduates are welcome.
