Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Field Manager (Overnight) to join our team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, managing a team of supervisors and security guards, and ensuring all sites are operating efficiently and in line with company and client expectations. This is a leadership position that requires strong operational knowledge, team management, and the ability to handle day-to-day field challenges with confidence.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage a team of field supervisors and security guards
- Supervise daily operations across multiple sites to ensure service quality and compliance
- Create and manage guard schedules, ensuring proper coverage across all sites
- Conduct site visits and ensure all locations are operating as per company standards
- Train, guide, and support supervisors and guards in the field
- Handle escalations, incidents, and provide operational support when required
- Maintain detailed reports on site performance, incidents, and staff productivity
- Ensure compliance with client-specific instructions and company policies
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

You Are a Great Fit If You:

- Hold a valid BC Security License
- Have 2+ years of security experience
- Have previous supervisory or management experience
- Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong understanding of security operations, scheduling, and team management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and handle high-pressure situations
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Comfortable appearing on camera for promotional videos
- Strong understanding of client service and relationship building
- Driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Compensation

- Pay: $23-27 per hour depending on experience
