Join our dynamic team as an Owner Operator, where you’ll deliver courier parcels in your own vehicle and play an important role in ensuring timely and reliable deliveries across the GTA. We’re looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who have a strong knowledge of GTA routes and surrounding areas, can navigate efficiently, manage their deliveries independently and while providing excellent customer service.

What You will be doing?

- Pick up assigned, pre-sorted packages from the warehouse
- Scan and load packages into your personal vehicle, ensuring they are organized for effective deliveries.
- Complete approximately 50–100 package deliveries per day, depending on route availability.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and complete deliveries within expected timelines.
- Provide accurate proof of delivery using the designated delivery application.
- Handle packages carefully and maintain professional customer service.




- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery updates, delays, or issues.

Requirements

- A valid driver’s licence and a reliable personal vehicle (sedan or SUV preferred).
- Previous courier, delivery, or last-mile logistics experience is an asset.
- A smartphone with reliable mobile data and GPS capabilities.
- Ability to lift and carry packages safely.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to completing assigned routes.
