ECL – Ecadnac Contracting Ltd. is looking for a reliable Class 1 Driver to support our growing dump truck business across the Okanagan.

The work will primarily involve operating a tandem dump truck and pup trailer on local civil construction, aggregate, excavation and hauling projects.

Responsibilities:

- Operate tandem dump truck and pup trailer safely and efficiently
- Haul aggregate, excavation material, surplus soil, asphalt and construction materials
- Complete local project and jobsite hauling
- Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep truck and paperwork organized
- Work safely around active construction sites and loading areas
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers and site personnel

Requirements:

- Valid Class 1 driver’s licence
- Experience operating dump trucks preferred




- Pup trailer experience is an asset
- Clean and safe driving record
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable working around construction sites and heavy equipment
- Flexible availability for part-time and project-based work

This position may be a valuable fit for an experienced driver looking for additional local work without committing to a full-time schedule. ECL is a locally owned trucking and hauling company supporting civil construction and project work throughout the Okanagan.

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 40.0 per week
