Our Fresh cut team is currently hiring for a part time position that ranges between a 6:30-7:00am start time, and usually goes until 2pm

Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time "Fresh Cut" Crew Member, where your energy and enthusiasm will help deliver fresh, high-quality produce to our customers each morning! In this role, you'll be a vital part of our fresh produce department, responsible for preparing and presenting beautifully cut fruits and vegetables that brighten our customers’ days. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food handling skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh produce by washing, peeling, slicing, dicing, and arranging items with precision and care
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep area following food safety guidelines
- Assist customers with their selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
- Manage time effectively to ensure all fresh cuts are completed promptly for opening hours and orders




- Support the team in maintaining stock levels, rotating products, and ensuring the display is attractive and inviting

Requirements

- Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in a food industry setting
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn on the job is key

**Please note: NO Jewelry, Nail polish, Artificial/Gel Nails, or Piercings allowed while on shift* Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
