We are a growing local home renovation company looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing Part-Time Office & Sales Assistant. Key Responsibilities

- Social Media & Marketing: Plan, create, and manage promotional campaigns across major social media platforms. Monitor digital advertising performance to help grow our local brand.
- Showroom & Sales: Welcome and assist walk-in customers in our showroom, answering initial inquiries about our renovation services with an enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
- Administrative Support: Keep the office running smoothly by filing invoices, organizing paperwork, and performing general clerical tasks.





Qualifications & Experience

- Proven Social Media Experience: Must have hands-on experience setting up and managing paid advertisements on social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram).
- Sales or Customer Service Background: Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is required.
- Personality Trait: An outgoing, warm, and approachable personality is essential for connecting with our clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail for managing files, invoices, and paperwork.

What We Offer

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 12.0 per week
