Inner Connection Therapy and Wellness is growing, and we're looking for an RSW or LCT to join our team in a full-time contractual role.

We're a women-led, integrative therapy practice built around a straightforward belief: meaningful healing begins with connection. We support children, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, addictions, life transitions, and more.

Our approach combines evidence-informed therapy with an openness to mindfulness, self-compassion, nervous system education, and integrative approaches to well-being. We're building a practice where clients feel understood and clinicians can bring their authentic therapeutic style to their work.

Who we're looking for: We're seeking a compassionate, grounded,



and curious clinician who is confident working independently and values being part of a collaborative team. You bring:

- Registration as an RSW or LCT in valuable standing in New Brunswick.
- At least two years of clinical experience working with adults.
- Strong clinical skills in supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions.
- Familiarity with evidence-informed modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, or other relevant approaches.
- Experience with couples therapy, or a genuine interest in developing this skill, is an asset.
- EMDR training, or a willingness to pursue training, is highly valued.
- Openness to integrative approaches while maintaining sound clinical judgment and professional boundaries.
- Strong organizational skills, professional autonomy, and commitment to ethical practice and documentation.
