Handle customer service inquiries via email and chat. Conduct online research and compile data as requested. Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy.



High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or virtual assistant role.
