OpenText is hiring a Windows System Administrator to manage infrastructure supporting its spam-filtering and Microsoft Exchange products. The role includes an on-call rotation for 24/7/365 production support.
Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server, Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Manager, Azure, and virtual machine infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot SMTP, TLS, email transport, and IIS issues.
- Work with F5 load balancers to support mail flow across servers.
- Assist software development teams with deploying services and applications.
- Manage system security and patching.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Windows Server management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of enterprise deployment tools such as Octopus or Ansible.
- Expertise in DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, TLS, load balancing, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, Azure, and Microsoft SQL.
- Linux experience is an asset.
Salary: $81,600-$122,400 CAD per year. Actual compensation may vary.
