This role emphasizes strong customer relations and requires a solid foundation in parts and warehousing knowledge. You'll also manage ordering, stock levels, and inventory accuracy, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs
- Prepare detailed quotes and process orders efficiently
- Manage unloading and organized storage of parts
- Document shipping, receiving, and inventory records
- Place inventory stock orders to maintain optimal levels

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills, in-person and over the phone
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Adaptable schedule availability for shifts and weekends
- Previous parts industry experience is an asset
- Journeyperson Parts Certification preferred
