Overview:

We're looking for a Certified Personal Trainer with Post Partum specialization. To train female clients at their address.

Pay is $35/hr, you create your schedule based on what works for you and the client.

We're looking for a trainer in the Square one, Mississauga area to train a female client 3x a week and have availability as we get more female clients over time.

We're looking for someone with the following availabilities:

Priority 1: Weekday mornings around 8-10AM.

Priority 2: Weekday evenings, between 5PM-8/9PM and one weekend.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals and fitness levels
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual needs
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure clients perform them with correct technique
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to clients
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust training programs as needed

Skills:





- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide clear instructions
- Ability to educate clients on the importance of exercise and healthy lifestyle choices
- Strong time management skills to create efficient workout schedules
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients
