Adecco is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal with CORES 3 to join our Edmonton team. This full-time role focuses on supporting corporate transactions, governance matters, and regulatory compliance for a leading skilled services organization. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies with at least 3 years of corporate paralegal experience and strong knowledge of corporate law processes.
