We are looking for full-time Pizza Cook to join the Cantina Mercatto team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and has a genuine passion for Italian-inspired cooking and handcrafted pizza

WHO YOU ARE

- Comfortable following recipes and procedures to ensure consistency
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality standards
- A team player who communicates clearly and respectfully
- Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, station setup, and prep
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow your skills through hands-on training

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Work with fresh dough to prepare and cook pizzas to recipe and presentation standards
- Support daily prep, portioning, and ingredient organization
- Communicate with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and efficient
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep and pizza stations
- Assist with inventory rotation, restocking, and opening/closing duties
- Contribute to a positive,
