We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service experiences. The Pizza

Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards of taste and presentation.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including ingredient assembly and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation
- Serve customers promptly and courteously when required




- Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality control
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

- Prior food service experience, particularly in a restaurant or food industry setting, is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Experience with food handling and safety protocols in a commercial kitchen workplace
- Strong understanding of serving standards and customer service principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience with familiarity in pizza making or similar culinary skills is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or equipment as needed

Pay: $17.60-$17.95 per hour
