We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pizza Maker to join our vibrant food service team! As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling pizzas with precision, and ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients such as dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings to ensure quality and consistency.
- Assemble pizzas according to specified recipes and customer preferences with attention to detail.
- Cook pizzas using commercial ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking times to achieve perfect results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling and storage practices that adhere to food safety standards.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations.
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a protected dining experience for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and create a positive atmosphere for customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in pizza or casual dining settings.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment used in pizza making.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with serving customers and providing excellent hospitality in fast-paced environments.
- Background in the food industry or culinary arts will be considered an asset for success in this role.
